The reality is the Rich aint losing no sleep. It is us folks in the middle feellng the financial squeeze. Whos tax dollar do you think the IRS is targeting???? Times up. YOURS!!!!

 

This country still is designed for business operators. Check your W2 and get confirmation. The wage earner is still getting "mugged" before they recieve their dollars.

 

After Tax dollars can never compete with Before tax dollars. Thats why having a home based business is one smart financial move. These financial times are going to tighthen.

 

You have to be prepared to answer 'What happen when the job leaves you!!?"

 

The news media is now reporting layaways are becoming accepted again in major stores. If that part of improving your financial positioning, great move.

Nasheed is no new comer to dispensing knowledge in the relationship and dating advice arena.  His first release in 1999, the best selling release, The Art of Mackin' sold over 250,000 copies and propelled the player turned author to the forefront of  the "seduction advice" community.   His follow up book Play Or Be Played (Simon & Schuster) uncovered the truth for women trying to learn "the game" as dispensed by men.  In 2005, he released another book for men called The Mack Within (Penguin).
He has since appeared on VH-1's "Charm School", MTV's "Made Twice," BET, "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" administering his street honed knowledge to mainstream America. VH-1 even financed a television pilot with Nasheed last spring based on the concept of The Art of Gold Digging.

As Nasheed explains about the book, ""Some women might think, how can I learn about the art of gold digging from a man?  Well that brings us to rule number one of the gold digging game: Ladies, you cannot learn everything you need to know about the gold digging game from another woman. Nasheed was born on the west side of Detroit, Michigan.  He moved from Detroit to Birmingham, Alabama as a young child in the early 1980s. Due to the slow pace and boredom of the social scene, he dropped out of high school and decided to leave Birmingham for Los Angeles at 17. While living in Los Angeles, he found himself homeless, so he would often use public libraries as temporary shelter in the daytime, while hanging out with Hollywood street hustlers at night.

While frequenting the libraries, Tariq would pass the time by reading books by Freud, Nietzsche, Napoleon Hill, Shahrazad Ali, Frances Cress Welsing, and other "power of the mind" selections. He then created dating techniques that were a combination of what he learned from older hustlers and what he learned by reading psychology books. He called these techniques "G.I.C.2" (Game, Intelligence, and Common Sense; Squared).  Nasheed honed himself into what he calls a "game advisor," meaning he would teach these G.I.C.2 techniques to men and women on the underground scene.

Nasheed now keeps his game right with sold out lectures and seminars around the country and even released an instructional DVD called Mack Lessons.  He also keeps it real, raw and uncensored on his weekly radio podcast at www.macklessradio.com and can be seen adminstering  his special brand of wit and game on www.YouTube.com .

Everyone seems to take it for granted these days, but I remember the time before the Internet. Besides providing us with countless sources of entertainment, and information (some credible, some less so) the Internet has brought us one very important thing: opportunity.

The power of the Internet lies in forging relationships between entrepreneurs; relationships that are highly-profitable because there’s synergy between the partners.

What, you ask, is synergy?

The word comes from the Greek, sunergia, and is defined as the interaction of two or more cooperative agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. A synonym for synergy, at least in the realm of Internet business, could be the phrase: joint venture.

Just what are joint ventures?

The phrase really describes a relationship–hopefully a mutually advantageous one–between two (or more) parties to undertake a singular economic activity together. Joint ventures are just a combination of your efforts with those of others to reap substantial profits for both.

A joint venture is not a merger, a general partnership, or ongoing business agreement. It’s not you buying someone’s company or them buying yours. It’s not an equity sharing or equity position in anybody’s company. It’s not a private placement.

It is a single-purpose shared business activity, between two or more business concerns. In fact, joint ventures can create massive profits:

* Without a lot of expenditure on your part
* Without a lot of tooling up in terms of equipment, staff, or facilities
* Without taking all the risk/work on your own shoulders

To put it plainly, Joint Ventures are simply:

* the fastest way to make a fortune
* the easiest way to make a fortune
* the safest low risk way to make a fortune
* the best way to create and leverage business relationships that will make you a fortune

Normally, it is common to come across people from different business sectors while conducting your own line of business. You establish rapport with other business people over time and at a particular stage, you can combine your marketing and sales efforts through a contracted, orchestrated and monitored joint venture.

To be truly successful, any joint venture you take on should be well-thought out, and the parameters should be spelled out in a signed contract. The plan of action needs to be monitored, as does the income generated. These are all points to be covered in this ebook.

 

 

 

 



The fine part of this is that a joint venture is, by its very nature, short-term.

You can try a joint venture for a trial period of few weeks or months. You can approach different businesses, Web sites, or companies to find suitable alliances. Our staff has compiled a checklist of activities and tools you’ll need to successfully ‘pitch your JV’ to prospective partners.

Always continue to search for the opportunity to join forces with others; workable deals take time to mature and finalize and therefore, you need to identify and enter into joint ventures with more than one partner.

This is also true because as not all alliances are profitable, you need to keep up your efforts to arrive at a truly rewarding joint venture.

Most joint ventures are unique, and the best joint ventures will be created by applying your own imagination and creativity to form the best win/win situation for you and your partners.

The success of any joint ventures is limited by only six things:

1. Your own creativity
2. Your own sense of what’s possible
3. Your pre-programmed limiting beliefs
4. Must be profitable for all involved
5. Must meet legal guidelines
6. Must operate in an ethical manner

Otherwise, the sky is the limit! And, I mean that sincerely. To be honest, the most powerful limitation is purely the result of the combination of your limiting beliefs, and a lack of vision about the unbounded possibilities.

If putting something on layaway to just a satisfy an impulse purchase, a "i got have one of those" moment, not such a good move. You see you will still be spending after tax dollars on something you may not really need.

Stores are not reactivating layaway cuz they like you.

They are trying to keep from going broke , too!!!!

Here is the harsh truth you have to have a plan B. No source of income is promised, current situation have proven that. You plan B has to be substainable. Getting started and then stopping is waste of your efforts.

You probably need something that is not too costly and definitely adds value to your life and lifestyle. You will need help, that is a certain.

I still get a W2 and I still keep a Plan B in operation.

Some were good and I should have got serious with them.

Some were hocus pocus and when the smoke clear , my money was gone and my feeling were hurt!!!

Again, the real deal, you have to be honest with yourself. Are you ready doing these businesses because you really support what they are offering or you need to make a dollar ( lot of them).

I still ask this question "if this product/service did not offer a commission would still promote it?"
